Is Fantasy Tales free?
Yes. Joining the community, browsing member profiles, and sending introductions have no membership fee. The source code is also free under the MIT license. Running your own server or enabling third-party AI services may have operating costs.
What does the AI do?
AI provides a subjective rating out of five based on profile quality and a visual impression from photos. Changed profiles are checked daily when enabled. It does not verify identity, predict compatibility, or decide who you should meet.
Are profiles public on Google?
No. Profiles and photos require sign-in and completed contact information. Public pages explain the community; private conversations and member records are not part of the public website or GitHub repository.
Where is the open-source code?
The complete application source and setup instructions are available at github.com/sverma/fantasytales. The source is MIT licensed.
